What actual areas do you support in NYC?
We offer full onsite support for all of Manhattan and select areas of Brooklyn and Queens. We also offer remote support worldwide if you’re travelling or have satellite offices. We can offer onsite support in the extended New York area with additional travel charges; please contact us for rates.
Why hire you over full-time staff?
Simply put, we are more economical.
We offer the same level of service that an in-house technician can offer at a fraction of the cost. Consider, too, the aspect of our expertise—we are exposed to a lot of business environments. Therefore, our breadth of knowledge is large and versatile, especially for small- and medium-sized businesses.

Why should we hire you over another support company?

What are your rates?
While we would like to be able to list what every service costs, the reality is that every company is different and that every problem has a unique solution. With our full-service, all-inclusive packages starting at $95 per computer per month, we can tailor a solution that works within your company’s budget and needs. We do offer break/fix support for out-of-warranty systems or for select companies, however we’ve found that our managed services are a more economical and reliable way for us to support most businesses over the long-term.

Our Managed services take care of all your business’s IT support needs. We offer low-cost, flat-rate support for businesses in and around the New York City area. Please see managed services for more information.
What is the price range?
Our managed services start at $85 per computer per month. This is all inclusive for all your needs, scheduled onsite work, remote maintenance and monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving issues on a day-to-day basis and all questions related to IT.
