What actual areas do you support in NYC?

We support all of Manhattan and select areas of Brooklyn and Queens.  We also offer support in the extended New York area with additional travel charges.

Why hire you over full-time staff?

Simply put, we are more economical.  Whether we establish a “break/fix” relationship where you call on our services as needed, or set up a retainer where we tailor a monthly service package to your specific needs, the result is a closer match between the need and the expense without the peripheral costs related to full-time employees.

Consider, too, the aspect of our expertise—we are exposed to a lot of business environments.  Therefore, our toolbox of knowledge is large and versatile, especially for small- and medium-sized businesses.

What are your rates?

While we would like to be able to list what every service costs, the reality is that every computer is different and that every problem has a unique solution.  Our aim is to tailor our service to your needs—including the price.

Businesses

We offer very competitive hourly pricing with no minimum fee. We also offer on-going monthly service retainers that fit your company’s needs and budget.  Contact us to receive a price estimate, schedule an appointment, or for more information about our services.

Home Users

We offer an innovative solution:  you tell us what problems you’re having, and we give you an hourly estimate and a price cap.  If we finish sooner, you pay only for the time it took to get you fixed rather than the full estimate.  If your problem is more time-consuming than we thought, you will never pay more than the price cap.  This is our way of keeping tech support affordable.

I’m curious about your service retainers.

What are they?

Service Retainers are customized service plans geared toward your technology needs.  They are proactive ways to ensure core monthly tasks are taken care of, like weekly server monitoring, sytem backups, or routine scheduled maintenance to catch issues before they arise.

What is the price range?

We have very basic service plans that cover core server monitoring and maintenance and we have premium plans tailored to fit the complexities of your tech environment.  Either way, we aim to be fair and effective.  Please contact us if you would like to discuss what options make sense for you and your business.
