We offer an innovative solution to pricing.  Let us know what problems you are having, and we will give you an hourly estimate for the work and a price cap.

What this means is that for any given problem, we know about how long it should take and will give you an estimate based on our past experience.

If we finish sooner than we estimated, you pay only for the time it took to solve the problems, not for the full estimated time.  If we encounter a problem that is more difficult to fix than we first thought, you will never pay more than the price cap.  This is our way of keeping tech support affordable.
