With certain issues we can log into your computer and attend to the problem.  Sometimes the issue is big enough that you need to call us, but not so problematic that it warrants an on site visit.

Do you work from home and need to connect to your work documents or server?  We can setup and make recommendations for your remote work environment, including VPN connections and Internet based remote tools.
